Transformationscoach, Buchautor und Yogalehrer Max Strom beschreibt in seinem Buch „There is No App for Happiness“, wie man sofort damit starten kann, glücklicher im Leben zu werden. In seinem Workshop „Das Glück kommt von Innen“ zeigt er den Teilnehmern, wie sie durch das Beantworten von zehn lebensverändernden Fragen, Klarheit über ihr Leben bekommen und sofort Veränderungen herbeiführen können. Releasing Stress through Postures

In this workshop we will begin with a talk by Max, then move into a gentle breath-initiated movement sequence. In the second half of the workshop will focus on floor postures and breath-work to release the mind and body from long-held stress that impede our happiness and our ability to sleep well. Bring your mat and writing materials.

Finding balance in an imbalanced world

Develop grace, strength, and concentration with standing balance postures. This workshop is ideal for all levels, including those who think of themselves as clumsy. Learn how the habitual practice of balance poses can increase your longetivity my many years. This workshop will begin with a talk about internal and external balance. Then, after warming up we explore standing postures and transitions.

The healing power of transformational breath-work.
Join Max for a special session of standing and sitting breathing exercises. The voice of our intuition and wisdom is commonly drowned out by the noise in ourmind. The noise is often caused from chaotic or congested emotions from stress, depression, PTSD, or anxiety. Focused breath work can spark within us the reawakening of our higher nature, the voice of intuition, wisdom, and conscience. The practices you will learn in this workshop will take you to new depths and inspire you for weeks to come. Max has taken this work around the world to people of many faiths and nationalities. Max Strom's method, Inner Axis, focuses on how breath-initiated movement ignites vitality and restores restful sleep. It can also be a catalyst for an emotional log-jam being swept away, allowing desperately needed change to occur within you. The workshop includes an insightful talk by Max on the relationship between the health of our emotions and how we use our body. The talk will be followed by an Inner Axis yoga practice that is appropriate for all levels of students, from total beginners to teachers.

This is why we need to turn our attention to our internal technology and personal growth now more than ever. This seminar offers an inspiring and insightful talk by Max based on the ideas of his new book, There is No App for Happiness, followed by a concise course in essential internal technologies for transformation. Max will ask ten questions, you will be asked to write down the answers, and these answers will illuminate your inner life. This work, simple in its nature astonishes those who take the class. The insight you will gain cannot be purchased or found a book or university. Insight you gain will be from within yourself. This special seminar may help you to see the world differently, and even course-correct the trajectory of your life. This is not a movement class, be sure to bring writing materials.
