In this workshop we will begin with a talk by Max, then move into a gentle breath-initiated movement sequence. In the second half of the workshop will focus on floor postures and breath-work to release the mind and body from long-held stress that impede our happiness and our ability to sleep well. Bring your mat and writing materials.
2 hour - gentle movement-based seminar – all levels
Samstag: 14.00-16.00 Uhr
Crisis is the Axis for transformation
(Die Krise ist die Achse der Transformation)
This workshop deals directly with the modern epidemic of stress in industrial societies across the world. A great many of us are plagued with anxiety and depression because we are actually in a quiet state of crisis. The opportunity of crisis is that you have a clarity that is unparalleled to any other time in your life. What is important and not important becomes almost blindingly clear. So, there is no better time to rebuild your vision of your life. The special seminar will give you knowledge to take home with you to help you live a more authentic life with improved sleep. Bring writing materials.
